It is an innovative technology company that is specialized in R&D and manufacturing washing machine motor such as AC Induction Motor, Universal Motor, Variable Frequency Drive Motor, Brushless DC Motor, Direct Drive Motor and Dryer Motor. These washing machine motors are designed for applications in various types of washing machines, such as semi-automatic washing machine, fully automatic washing machine, single tub washing machine, twin tub washing machine, top-loading washer and front-loading washer.
In recent years, it has actively developed domestic and international market, and has also developed a long-term perspective of future technology R&D. Meanwhile, it has organically reduced supply chain costs and has been focusing on improving product quality stabilization. Company History
Year 2011. With the goal of developing and manufacturing advanced permanent magnet synchronous traction motors for elevators, DILI Motor was incorporated in Nanxun Economic Development Zone in Zhejiang Province in China. Meanwhile, trademark “DILI” and “DILI MOTOR” were officially applied, and full-scale production and sales operations launched.
Year 2012. Production Base 1 and an enterprise R&D Center were established. Meanwhile, applications for a series of independent intellectual property rights were launched, which include invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Furthermore, representative offices were opened in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
Year 2013. The highly efficient permanent magnet synchronous traction motor for elevators based on independent innovation and patented technology was successfully launched. A new representative office was opened in Melbourne in Australia. Meanwhile, the 'Japan Fukuoka Prefecture Equipment Testing Center' was established.
Year 2014. Automatic production lines were developed, expanding production capacity, and reducing costs. Representative offices were opened in the United States and Germany respectively and the 'Germany Baden-Württemberg State R&D Center' was established.
Year 2015. Distribution centers in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam were successively opened. The initial Lighter weight and higher efficiency performance elevator traction motor was developed catering to the growing demands from clients in developed countries.
Year 2016. Production Base 2 was constructed to develop and manufacture washing machine motors. The 6S Management System which taking “SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE, SECURITY” as core was established.
Year 2017. A basic technology research center was established. Separate R&D teams were sent to develop and produce refrigerator motor, air-conditioning motors, dishwasher motors, massage chair motors and electric bicycle motors.
Year 2018. In order to further improving the operational system to better satisfying the increasing demand, a new importing & exporting company was set up to replace the International Trading Department.
Year 2019. A holding company and Suntec DILI Motor were established in Singapore.
Year 2020. Smart technologies were adopted to adapt into the new phenomenon of industrial and operational digitalization and Non-face-to-face business interactions during Covid-19 pandemic.
Year 2021. Production Base 3 was established to produce Washing Machine AC Induction Motor, Variable Frequency Drive Motor, Brushless DC Motor, Direct Drive Motor and Dryer Motor. Overseas markets have been further expanded and electric motors have been directly supplied for internationally renowned household appliance brands.

Based on our management philosophy of contributing to the realization of the social vision of ‘Common Prosperity’, DILI Motor has continuously invested resources (Human, Technology, Commodity, Plant and Equipment) to the specialized business since established. Our aim is always to gradually transform from ‘a MOTOR manufacturer’ to ‘a MECHATRONICS company’. The production and operating experiences we have accumulated from the past decade and the recent temporary challenges will enable us to be more resilient and adaptive to market changes in the long run.
Currently, Zhejiang Nanxun Economic Development Zone Headquarters has a total land area of 27,190㎡ and building area of 47,300㎡. The industrial plant is now with a workforce of more than 200 employees. Among of which, 30 employees are in the R&D division and 60 employees are in the quality control division. We adhere to technology leading and the enterprise R&D center has applied for more than 50 independent intellectual property rights including invention patents, utility model patents, design patents, trademarks, and copyrights. We adhere to delicacy management and conduct regular management training and has fully implemented the 6S modern management model. We adhere to high quality development and will continue to take the lead in rolling out new intelligent production capabilities and driving the industrialization and digitalization of the fully automated production process, which will help to further optimize our operating efficiency.
